Important Notice:
- Surcharge is applied on top of the base package price per session. View Standard price
- Each session is defined as 2 cleaners for 4 hours.
- Cleaning duration may vary depending on location.
- Slots are limited; once fully booked, no further appointments will be accepted.
- Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 48 hours in advance.
- Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise stated.
- Services will be closed during CNY public holidays.

FAQ – CNY Spring Cleaning
Each session = 2 cleaners · 4 hours.
For far areas, duration may be adjusted to 3.5 or 7 hours.
Prices will return to standard rates starting February 17, 2026.
CNY surcharge applies only from January 1 to February 16, 2026.
We’re closed from Feb 17 – Feb 20, 2026.
Please book early to avoid peak surcharges and limited slots.
You may cancel a booking at least 24 hours in advance without any penalty.
Cancellations or reschedules made within 24 hours of the appointment will incur a penalty fee equivalent to 1 hour of service.
Yes. Our customizable cleaning plans in Johor Bahru allow you to request special tasks. Just let us know in advance, and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
We accept bank transfer, e-wallet (Touch ’n Go, DuitNow), and cash for your convenience.
